Personal data
processing
This page explains what personal data we collect on this site, why we process it, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights.

Who processes your data
The data controller is Travel Art LLC, identification number 400478087.
For questions, or to exercise your rights, contact us at: info@travelart.ge or +995 598 453 041.
What data we collect
Only what you give us yourself. The “Plan your journey” form covers the following fields:
- first and last name;
- phone number;
- email address;
- the tour you want;
- number of travellers;
- preferred date (optional);
- consent to data processing.
Beyond that we process whatever you send us by phone, email, WhatsApp or Viber — that is, whatever is needed to answer your enquiry.
Why, and on what basis
- to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote — on the basis of your own consent, which you give when you submit the form;
- to plan and organise a tour, if we agree on a booking — in which case the processing serves the performance of the agreement between us;
- for direct marketing — only where you have given us separate, explicit consent to it.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we do not profile you.
The 5% discount and direct marketing
To receive the discount you fill in a separate consent form, which is hosted on Google Forms — so the data entered into that form is processed by Google's infrastructure as well.
That consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time — simply write to us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out before it, and it has no bearing on a tour we have already agreed.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. It is passed on only as far as organising your particular journey requires:
- partners who provide the service directly — hotels and family guesthouses, guides, transport;
- Google — as the host of the consent form (see above);
- state authorities, where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as the purpose it was collected for requires. If no booking follows, the enquiry data is deleted within a reasonable period after the conversation ends; the data of a tour that did go ahead is kept for the period accounting and tax law requires.
Data processed on the basis of marketing consent is kept until that consent is withdrawn.
Cookies
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies and sets none in your browser. Should that change in future, this page will be updated first.
Your rights
Under Georgian law you have the right to:
- be told what data we process and for what purpose;
- request a copy of it;
- have incorrect or incomplete data corrected and updated;
- have your data deleted or its processing stopped;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service.
To exercise a right, write to us at info@travelart.ge. We will reply within the period the law sets.
Security
Only those employees and partners who need it to do their work have access to the data. The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Changes
If this page is updated we will change the date above. If a change is material and concerns your consent, we will tell you separately.
